According to Customs House records (London) William was a linen weaver, 34 years old. (See Complete Book of Emigrants 1607-1660, p128.
Made freeman in Massachusetts Colony 07DEC1636 and settled briefly in Concord. Moved to Stratford in 1639; a juryman in Hartford, 1641.
His will is dated May1651.
His widow, Margaret, married William Hayden of Windsor.
