I, Mrs. A. R. Spiers of the city od Winnipeg, in the province of Manitoba do solemnly declare that
(1) I am the sister of the person whose birth is desired to be registered.
(2) I have personal knowledg of the matters herein set forth, and the same is true in substance and in fact.
(She writes) " I am the older sister being nine years senior and was in he house at the time of the birth but too young to have recollection of he occurance. However, I remember seeing my mother sick in bed with a young infant with whom I grew up and always recognized as my brother and it was family kowledge that he was born on the date appearing above.
