Farmer, section 12, 130 acres of land, P. O. Shambugh, Iowa.
Moved to page County Iowa June 8, 1855. Lived in Page County for over 25 yrs.
An excellent swimmer wnet near and far to rescue drowned ones. One that hurt
him most was a boy named Jouney (Michael) that had drowned in the river at
Shambaugh.

moved to Page County, Iowa. Moved to Frontier County, Ne. in 1884 with daughter
Rachel. Living with daughter Rachel north of Cambridge, Ne. at time of death.
