It is also sometimes stated that Rhoda Payne is a Quaker, and a sist
"Dolly" Madison - Doretha Dandridge Payne Todd Madison - I know she is not
Dolly's sister as I recently found the will of what is believed is Rhoda's
father and have seen Dolly's line - and no sister that could possibly be
Rhoda- and NO evidence as yet that she was Quaker.
