FROSTBURG Beatrice "Peachie" Morgan Warner, 82, of Frostburg, died Friday, Feb. 4, 2000, at Memorial Hospital. Born May 20, 1917, in Carlos, she was the daughter of the late William and Carrie (Speir) Morgan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Warner, in 1988; five sisters, lola Conrad, Alice Morgan, Louise Ravenscroft, Gladys Wilson, and Mary Morgan; and four brothers, William Morgan, George Morgan, Ezra Morgan, and Hugh Morgan. Mrs. Warner was employed by the Kelly Springfield Tire Co. and was owner of Warner's Grocery Store in Finzel.
Surviving are one son, Joseph Rae Martin, Jacksonville, Fla. Among survivors are three nieces, Lenna Morgan, Carol Turner, and Lisa Sagal, all of Frostburg. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, P.A., 60 West Main St., Frostburg, on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. George M. Harpold, officiating. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
She was buried in Frostburg Memorial Cemetery, Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland.
