CUMBERLAND Joyce Arlene Storer, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999, at her home. Mrs. Storer was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney H. Storer Jr., in 1995. Surviving are her sons, Nathan S. Hill Jr., and wife Carol, and Bruce L. Hill and wife Dana, Stafford, Va.; daughter, Grace M. Hill and husband Jim Friel, Alexandria, Va.; sisters, Betty and Bernice; brothers, Dale, Nick, and Bruce, all of Baltimore; stepdaughter, Sidna Durst and husband David; grandchild, Jackie, Catlett, Va.; step-grandchildren, Dee and Edward, Cumberland; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Storer's wishes were to donate her body to the State of Maryland Anatomy Board. She will be cremated and interred with her husband, Sidney, at the Maryland State Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap.
