Kathryn Heinlein, 75, formerly
of Springfield, passed away
on March 7, 2006, in her home
in Richardson, Texas, surrounded
by her loving family. She was
born to the late William and Eula
(Boggs) Wright on June 24, 1930,
in Springfield. After graduating
from Central High School she
received her undergraduate
degree from Baylor University
and furthered her education by
attending Peabody University
and then Missouri State University
where she earned a Master's
degree in Guidance and Counseling.
She retired from the state in l995
after serving as a Vocational Counselor.
One of her favorite pastimes was
watching television.
She was preceded in death by her
parents, and former husband David
Heinlein.
Survivors include one son, Kirk
Heinlein and partner, Jose Luis
Chavez; one daughter, Lynda
Harwood, all of Richardson, Texas;
two granddaughters, Laurel and
Aubrey Harwood; and a host of
friends. Graveside services will
be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday,
March 11, 2006, in Eastlawn
Cemetery, under the direction
of Thieme-Shadel Funeral Service
