Thomas P. Izat, 64, died yesterday at his home here. Born in Lonaconing, he was a son of the
late Robert and Jean (Peel) Izat. A retired mail carrier, he was a member of Gospel Hall. He was preceded in death by his
wife, Mrs. Jean (McCormick) Izat. Surviving are three sons, Thomas Izat, LaVale; Alec Izat, Washington, and John Izat,
Lonaconing; a daughter Mrs. George Dykes, Lansing, III.; two sisters, Mrs. John Lochner, and Miss Mary Izat, both of
Lonaconing, and three grandchildren. The Eichhorn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Cumberland Sunday
