She died on 15 Feb 1972 in Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co., North Carolina. A service for Mrs. Mary Frances Hausman, 65, of Charlotte, N.C., who died Tuesday in Presbyterian Hospital there, will be conducted tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. at the Hafer Baltimore Avenue Funeral Home. Rev. Ernest E. Bortner Jr., will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. A native of Baltimore, Mrs. Hausman was a daughter of the late Eugene B. and Nannie (Fitz) Hammond. She was a former night chief operator at the C & P Telephone Company here and was a member of the Pioneer Club of the C & P. She moved to Charlotte in 1956. Surviving are her husband, Frederick W. Hausman, and three sisters, Mrs. J. William Lee, LaVale; .Mrs. Harry Williams, city, and Mrs. George Shaffer, New Holland, Pa. Pallbearers will be Thomas Williams, William Rohman, Richard Knight, Kenneth Hausman, Edward Schultz and Vernon Cost Friends will be recived in the funeral home today from 7 to p.m. The Cumberland Evening Times, February 17, 1972
