Cumberland Times-News - May 31, 2002 - Lena DeLuca Belfoure, 92, formerly of Polk Street, Cumberland, died Thursday, May 30, 2002 at Devlin Manor Nursing Home. Born August 14,1909 hi Canton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nellie (Molinari) Deluca. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Belfoure, 1996; one son, Teddy Hausman; one brother Sam DeLuca; and two sisters, Viola Dicken and Mary Yeager. Mrs. Belfoure was the co-owner of the Galen Bar, Cumberland. She resided hi St. Petersburg, Florida for 20 years. Surviving are one stepson, Edward Belfoure and wife Judy, Washington, PA; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren; special friends who cared for her, Mary and Don Middleton, Cumberland and a special little boy, Brandon, who brought much joy to her life. Friends will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, Sunday from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Scott Shumaker officiating. Interment will be hi St. Mary's Cemetery.
