Born about 1750. Name appears in the 1782 Tax List census of Halifax Co., Va.
Deed book #14.373 shows that land was purchased from Frederick Tailey in
Halifax Co., Va. on Jan. 17, 1786. Land was also purchased from Isaac Hite on
Sept. 27, 1827.
