Still in Stratford in 1920, but listed as a farmer.

In 1930, his home is James Farm Rd., Putney district, Stratford.

The census record indicated that he was from the town of Darmstadt, State of
Hesse, West Germany.

The death certificate says that he was born in Alzey, State of
Rhineland-Palatinate, West Germany.

He was a widower at the time of death.

Mrs. Gertrude Beers of Stratford informed the officials of his death.

He died of myocarditis (chronic) and possibility senility.
